Why was my order cancelled ?
Your order may have been cancelled because of any of the following reasons:
-Non-availability of the product(s).
-Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
-Problems identified by our fraud detection department.
I want to return my product as it is faulty / damaged. What do I do?
Please check your product(s) first at the time of its delivery . If you found it faulty/damaged do not accept it and return it. please inform us about the same by call or email. your money will be refunded.
I want to ship something abroad. Can I do that?
yes, you can ship Airin Impex product in abroad. Please put right abroad address at the time of purchasing.
How Are Items Packaged?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses – as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

How do I cancel my order?
Please drop us an e-mail at airinimpex@gmail.com or immediately call us on +91 9694395439 to cancel the order. it can be cancelled until the product has been shipped. if it is already shipped we are not able to cancel the order. once we receive your cancellation request , we will update the status of your order asap and your entire order value will be refunded.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request ?
Once you request for the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we quickly process your request and will update your order’s status asap. it will take maximum of 1-2 business days to initiate a refund and will reflect in your account within 7-21 days. You will be notified for the same via email or call.
When will I get my refund?
You will receive a refund within 7-21 working days. The refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers.

Airin Impex request you to be extra alert if the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery and also lodge proper complain with local courier office.

CANCELLATION
In case you want to cancel your order placed with us, kindly call us and inform us about the same. We will be able to cancel the order only if it has not been processed. On cancellation of the order which has been already shipped , shipping charges will be deducted from the paid amount -
RETURNS
For customer satisfaction we allow the returns without any question. If product doesn’t meet the customer’s expectation we happily accept your returned products. However they should be unused, unwashed with all original tags and with original packaging and invoice. You Can not return the stitched and discounted product in any case.Product should be returned to our return address within 15 days from the date of delivered order to customer. -
Our courier agent will contact you maximum 3 times for delivery. if the courier agent anyhow couldn’t contact you, due to the reasons like, house found locked, wrong or incomplete address or unclaimed or refused delivery, the customer is subject to pay Rs.200 i.e restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by us to send and return back the shipment.

In case of single or multiple product ordered , if delivery is not possible for certain product , customer will be requested to select alternate item or if customer don’t want to do so, then they will be refunded ASAP against the not delivered products along with their shipping charges.

COLOR NOTE :
there may be minor variation in color of the actual product from the displayed image in website. The variation in color depends on the different monitor used, setting and lighting condition during modeling photography.The product have a tendancy to reflect different shades of a color under different lights used for photography.the item color depicted should only be used as an approximate guide.
We wish that customer understands this and keep in mind all these things about color variation while ordering. -
REFUNDS
When we received the product back to our warehouse,it will be sent for quality checking. Refund process will be initiated, Once our quality checker team found that product is unused, unwashed, undamaged and with original packaging. The amount of the product will be credited to direct to your bank accountt. Please Note that Shipping charges and COD charges you paid are not refundable in any case. The refund process will completed within 24 hrs from the time of refund initiation.In exceptional cases like product out of stock, Refund will be given to direct your bank account. For that refund process will initiate within 7 working days,then it will take more 7 to 10 days to complete the refund process as it depends on different banks.
